Ulrich Cyran (* 1956) is a German actor, voice actor, and lecturer. He completed his training at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg, then worked at theaters in Krefeld, Neuss, the Hamburg Schauspielhaus, the State Theatre Wiesbaden, the Hebbel Theatre, and the Sophiensæle in Berlin, as well as at the international cultural factory Kampnagel in Hamburg and the Mousonturm in Frankfurt. Cyran also works as a director at the German City Theatre as well as on the independent scene. He teaches at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main and at the University of Design in Offenbach am Main. In addition to stage performance, Cyran is frequently cast in film and television productions, also lending his voice to developmental readings and audiobooks. He regularly conducts school theater projects with young people.
