Christian Bumeder (* 1981), better known by his stage name Bumillo, has lived in Munich for 20 years. While a student of German philology, he established himself as a cabaret artist and host with small arts shows such as “Rationalversammlung„ and the “Schwabinger Poetry Slam.” Since 2014, he has performed as a solo artist with a mix of stand-up comedy and rap. Bumillo hosted the arts and literature program “Südlicht” on Bavarian television in 2016 and 2017. The German Box Poetry Slam champion of 2010 has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious St. Ingberter Pfanne Cabaret Award for his program “Haushaltsloch” (Budget Deficit).
