Andreas Altenburg (* 1969) is a German author and radio personality. After pursuing Cultural Studies, he worked as an editor and writer in the comedy department at the NDR2 network. He created the satirical radio shows Frühstück bei Stefanie and Wir sind die Freeses, voicing most of the characters himself. Altenburg has also contributed to other radio and TV programs as a scriptwriter and voice actor and has published several novels. He has been awarded the German Radio Award twice for his work and the television comedy Jennifer – Sehnsucht nach was Besseres, on which he worked as a writer, received the German Comedy Award.
