Björn Meyer (* 1989) is a German actor. He completed his acting training at the Theater Academy of the University of Music and Drama in Hamburg. He subsequently became a member of the ensemble at Schauspiel Frankfurt and then at Hamburg’s Thalia Theater. Meyer has made guest appearances at numerous German-speaking theaters such as the Hamburg Chamber Opera, the St. Pauli Theater, Kampnagel and the Salzburg Festival. He is known to a wider audience for his leading roles in many TV series and films, and has also appeared in radio play productions. Björn Meyer was awarded the German Academy for Television Prize for his artistic work.
