With a Finnish mother and a Dutch father, Ilari Hoevenaars grew up bilingual in the middle of the Dutch region of Brabant. After first working as a professional reader of newspapers and magazines for the blind and visually impaired, Ilari became a radio news announcer. Today, he works both as a freelance and independent voice-over and off-screen voice artist.
