Thorsten Schmidt (* 1992) is a German actor and voice artist who grew up in the Lower Rhine region near the Dutch border. After studying acting in Cologne, he became an ensemble member at Theater Dortmund — the hometown of Curt Bloch. He is known to a wider audience through numerous radio drama productions by Westdeutscher Rundfunk and digital platforms such as Europa and Audible. Thorsten Schmidt has received several awards for his artistic work, including the Bajazzo for artistic contributions to the city of Dortmund.
