Christian Brückner (* 1943) is a German actor and voice actor. While studying German, theater studies and journalism at the Free University of Berlin, he pursued acting and voice training. Brückner began his professional career at the RIAS radio station, which was followed by engagements on national and international theater stages, e.g. in Berlin, Klagenfurt, Freiburg, Hamburg and New York. His voice is known to a large audience through radio plays, audio books, and literary events. Christian Brückner has also appeared in several TV and film productions and received many awards for his artistic work. These include the Adolf Grimme Prize, the German Audio Book Prize, the Honorary Award of the German Record Critics and the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
