Christian Golusda

Christian Golusda (* 1948) is a German author and translator, actor and director for dance and theater, pharmacist and doctor of psychiatry. As a lateral entrant to the independent cultural scene, he was a founding member of the group Tanz & soweiter. Golusda has worked as a performer, director and dramaturge in his own productions and for other ensembles. He wrote articles about dance, dancers and also published poems for children and adults. Golusda also appeared as an actor in the Dutch feature film “De Aanslag”, which won an Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 1987. Together with Elsemarie Maletzke, Golusda was awarded the Robert Gernhardt Prize for his travel rhymes “Sturm und Tang”. He translated poetry by Annie M.G. Schmidt and J. C. Bloem from Dutch. Christian Golusda was involved in the translation of Curt Bloch’s poems for this website, so he became involved in the Onderwater Cabaret at an early stage.
