Christian Golusda

Christian Golusda (* 1948) is a German author, translator, actor and director for dance and theater, pharmacist and doctor of psychiatry. Golusda entered the independent cultural scene, as a founding member of the group Tanz & soweiter (Dance & so on) and has acted as performer, director and dramaturg in his own productions as well as for other ensembles. Golusda appeared as an actor in the Dutch feature film “De Aanslag”, which won an Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 1987 and has written about dance and dancers for various publications. Golusda has published poems for children and adults, and together with Elsemarie Maletzke was awarded the Robert Gernhardt Prize for his travel rhymes “Sturm und Tang”. In addition, Golusda has translated poetry by Annie M.G. Schmidt and J. C. Bloem from Dutch, and has been involved from an early stage in the Onderwater Cabaret, having translated some of Curt Bloch’s poems for this website.
