Jan-Markus Dieckmann (* 1978) is an actor, director and speaker. While studying musicology, German studies and art history, he trained as an actor at the Studio for Theater, Dance and Music in Frankfurt am Main. Dieckmann then worked as an actor for various theaters throughout Germany, including the museum theater at the Hessenpark Open-Air Museum, the Volksbühne Frankfurt, the Emma & Co. theater workshop and the Frankfurt cabaret “Die Schmiere”. He has directed numerous theater projects in the Rhine-Main region, including productions at the Sommertheater im Nerotal and the Burgfestspiele Sonnenberg in the state capital of Wiesbaden. He is also the founder and director of the “Kulturdschungel” project, an amphitheater for performances, installations, exhibitions and concerts.
